A whetstone for her tongue

Babble on.

While watching Ugly Betty alongside my wife last night with a couple glasses of wine in our hands, a commercial for CityLine popped up on the screen. The voiceover asked cheerily "Why is Marilyn Denis the most loved talk-show host in Canada?" or some such drivel.

To which my all-too-clever wife promptly replied: "Because her competition is Vicki Gabereau?"

And I laughed, and laughed...

Babble off.
