Nice. Just frickin' fabulous.

*%$#%^*& Blogspot just lost an entire post. That's twice this week. I swear, if I knew thing-one about how to run a site outside of idiot-proof Blogspot, I'd be doing it in a New York minute. Unfortunately, I'm completely lost when it comes to code.

Time to start retyping, I guess.

On the other hand though there's something to be said for idiot-proof systems run by other I.T. jerks. I spend my days overseeing and maintaining a hundred odd servers across the country. The last thing I want to do when I come home is spend more time in front of the monitor worrying about my own little corner of the web. Better (from my perspective, anyway) to let some other I.T. department handle the hassles so I can go out and play. =)

At 11:56 a.m., Janie For Mayor said...: I've endured the same annoying thing, Damian. I finally started doing what Sean suggested: typing a post up in Word and then pasting it to blogger. Slightly less covenient, but far less hassle than losing your entire post.

Sean - did you have a hand in designing and programming Polspy? It's one of the best looking and functioning sites around. I may come trolling for advice myself at some point.
